One home we lived in for over 30 years and raised our children in, we purchased our 2nd home, a new construction property and the 3rd home was my mother's home when she recently passed away. Of course, selling any home is an emotional process but selling one filled with 30 years of memories is exceptionally emotional. Pamela helped up every step of the way from the initial consultation to staging. Once the home was on the market, Pamela prepared us for the possibility the home would sell quickly. She was right, she had the Open House Blitz and received multiple offers. Pamela helped us look at each offer, considering both positives and negatives until we decided which offer was best for us. We had already put a home that was being built under contract so we needed guidance on timing, etc. Thankfully, Pamela has extensive new Home Construction knowledge so she was able to guide us through that process as well. This all happened during the Covid19 crisis. Pamela got the home under contract and negotiated in 2 days. The contract was contingent upon getting the will probated and due to the crisis, the courts were shut down. Pamela was instrumental in helping us work through this process. Pamela worked tirelessly contacting the estate attorneys, the courts, and all parties involved to make sure we could close on the property. We still don’t know how but somehow she was able to get everything cleared up so we could close as scheduled. There is no one we would trust more than Pamela and her team to get the job done. Pamela always goes above and beyond from her clients.

When I'm not helping people achieve their real estate dreams, I can be found camping with my husband and 2 sons, on the kids’ soccer field cheering them on, helping find homes for lost pets, enjoying the outdoors—tearing up the dirt bike trails with my kids on my 4 wheeler or having dinners with friends and neighbors.
